The Mason/Thomas chamber-music concerts continued, as before, at Dodworth’s Hall. On January 28, [1862] (the third concert of their seventh season) their program consisted of Mozart’s Quintet in E-flat for winds and piano, K.452 (1784), played by Mason and from the Philharmonic, Ohlemann (oboe), Goepel (clarinet), Gewalt (horn), and Eltz (bassoon).(Review and World, February 1, 1862, pp. 26-27)
