This horn is marked "Made in Italy" and was no doubt made by Rampone and Cazzani, Milano.  It is an inexpensive student horn imported by a variety of vendors for the public school market.  It is a "compensating" double horn.  This means that the upper and lower valve slides are combined together in pairs to "compensate" the lengths for the F horn, while for the Bb side only the upper rank of valve slides are used.
